Estimator

This is an opportunity for an Estimator to join a boutique, luxury custom home builder delivering high-quality homes valued between $1-$3 million across highly sought after Brisbane suburbs. Based in Tingalpa, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a Sole Estimator role with full ownership of the estimating function in a supportive, culture-driven team.

The Role Youll manage all aspects of estimating for custom residential projects. Youll be responsible for preparing accurate tenders and BOQs, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality outcomes. The role averages around two tenders per week and you will be using BuildExact and Excel.

About you

• Previous experience as an Estimator in custom homes or similar
• Strong cadets will also be considered if they demonstrate high potential
• Background in trades highly regarded
