Licensed RPA Pilots - >25kg Category

Hover Industries is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and licensed Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) pilots qualified to operate drones in the >25kg category under CASA regulations.

We are expanding our team for upcoming operations across South-East Queensland, with a focus on aerial application, and are looking for reliable, safety-conscious, and skilled RPA operators.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) with authorisation for >25kg RPA category
  • Valid Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate (AROC)
  • Experience operating under ReOC (Remote Operator Certificate) or ability to work under one
  • Strong understanding of CASA regulations and operational risk management
  • Ability to maintain accurate flight logs and follow strict safety protocols

Preferred:

  • Experience with XAG, DJI Agras, or other large-format agricultural or mapping drones
  • Background in agriculture, geospatial mapping
  • White Card (Construction Induction), First Aid, or Chemical Handling tickets
