About the Company

Our client is a successful residential property group delivering projects predominantly in the investment housing space. About the Position

A new opportunity exists for a Brisbane based Supervisor to manage a North Brisbane investment home area. 

• Managing multiple investment homes in your area

• Coordination of trades and materials for housing projects

• Manage Onsite companion schedules

• Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover

Skills and Experience

Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:

• Ideally 2 years experience as a Supervisor in volume housing

• Onsite Companion experience advantageous however not essential

• Strong trade management and time management skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Carpentry Trade qualification highly desired

• Vehicle required

• Able to manage multiple projects
