About the Role:

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase bookings, enhance our online presence, and engage with our audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Manage and optimize the lodges website, ensuring engaging content and SEO best practices
• Create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, blog posts, and advertisements
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
• Coordinate partnerships with local tourism businesses and travel influencers
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and customer loyalty initiatives
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to enhance marketing efforts
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist in designing promotional materials and advertisements
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations

What Were Looking For:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality sector
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing
• Excellent communication and content creation skills
• Ability to work independently and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) is a plus
• You must have unrestricted working rights in Australia. Outstanding applicant agrees to live in the regional area may be considered for sponsorship
