Diabetes Educator
- Have a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management or be willing to work towards and/or have demonstrated experience in diabetes management
- Show proficiency in IT and diabetes software tools such as continuous glucose monitors and insulin pumps
- Have a high level of communication, both written and verbal
- Show resilience as clients try to make significant changes to their lifestyle, celebrating their wins with them and motivating them as challenges arise
- Must be a Registered Nurse with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA
- Must be eligible to drive within NSW and be willing to travel between locations
