About the Role
The Customer Service Administrator is an integral part of the Recruitment Team. In this role you will be responsible for contributing to and supporting the recruitment, onboarding, ongoing engagement and retention of highly skilled ICT professionals. Specifically, you will:
- Action newly received applications by reviewing and applying our internal Quality Candidate process to each submission.
- Update the applicant tracking system, manage records, and assist with quality and compliance activities.
- Provide outstanding service to candidates and employees, taking a genuine interest in their career.
- Act as a first point of contact for candidates and contractors by answering queries, resolving issues and providing high quality care via phone and email.
- Manage the contract extensions process for existing contractors.
- Work with Recruitment Consultants in sourcing, managing and submitting candidates in a high-volume, specialist industry.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in tasks such as data input, spelling and grammar.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, use of CRMs and/or other online systems.
