Customer Experience Technician

The Opportunity: We recognise the unique skills of specialist Appliance Service Technicians and we are now looking for a high calibre technician to join our Adelaide team. If you are sustainably minded, we want you to use your knowledge to repair appliances and/or air-conditioners quickly to work closely with our long-standing customers. Would you like:

- Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions
- Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection
- Maintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory
- Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred, industry experience as a minimum
- Strong communication skills and strong PC skills
- Provide premium customer service
- Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
