About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Crew Leader to join our growing team in the Muswellbrook area. Our reputable business prides itself on Customer service quality outcomes through commitment and engagement with both our staff and our clients. 

This is a permanent full-time role, offering 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with availability required for one afternoon shift per week).

In this hands-on role, YOU will be responsible for:

• Performing high-quality commercial cleaning tasks

• Assisting the Operations Leader with supervisory responsibilities, including safety and operational tasks

• Act as backup to the Operational Leader when required

• Processing Administration tasks

What We Need from YOU Is:

• Availability to work Monday to Friday plus one afternoon shift per week

• Quickly establish strong relationship and respect within the team and with our client 

• Previous team supervisory experience (preferred)

• Strong Team player with demonstrated time management skills

• Demonstrate Initiative and think critically on the job 

• Valid Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle

• Ability to pass an Order 43 Medical and/or drug & alcohol test

• A strong commitment to WHS practices

• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude

• Ability to work both independently and in a team
