With a strong presence in the Brisbane market and a robust pipeline of secured work, this is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to step into a dynamic and fast-paced role with long-term career potential.   The Role   As a Contracts Administrator, youll play a key role in the commercial and contractual management of fit-out and refurbishment projects in the industrial space. Working closely with a tight-knit delivery team, you will:

• Prepare, review and negotiate subcontracts and procurement packages
• Administer head contracts and ensure compliance across all project phases
• Track budgets, variations, claims, and project reporting
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects through strong commercial oversight

About You

• Minimum 3+ years experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial/industrial fit-outs
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
• High attention to detail, confident communicator, and solution-focused
• Previous experience on projects up to $30M (preferred)
• Degree in Construction Management or related field advantageous
