About the role

We are seeking full time HR  Concrete (Agitators) Truck Drivers / or trainee Concrete Agitator Truck Driver to join our team for work at our  plants in  the Mackay Region. This is a full-time position.  As a Concrete (Agitator) Truck Driver you will be responsible for ensuring the mixing, inspection and delivery of premixed concrete is carried out in a manner that promotes quality and reliability of the product.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Operate a concrete agitator truck and deliver loads to customers
• Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks given
• Regularly clean and main the allocated truck
• Occasional yard maintenance
• Complete documentation regarding the delivery of concrete
• Communication with customers and other workers on a job site
• Comply with health and safety regulations on a daily basis

Qualifications and Experience 

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience:

• Current valid HR  license is required
• Experience driving concrete agitator truck is preferred but not a necessity, 

Full training is provided for those without experience in driving a Concrete Agitator truck.

• A level of literacy and numeracy competence to ensure reading of job instructions and maintenance of records
• Good work Ethic

• Able to work well in a team environment
• Strong commitment to safety, health & environmental responsibilities
