As part of the Librarys team, you will help support organisational reform, working collaboratively with your team to shape the Librarys future. The Library is seeking to fill an ongoing APS 4 Education Officer role in the Community Engagement Section of the Engagement Branch. This is an exciting, creative role where the right applicant can apply their administration and education skills to assist school groups to visit the Library, develop engaging education and school holiday programs, lead school tours, and develop online learning content for children and adults. We are looking for someone who is comfortable welcoming and engaging the attention of large groups while delivering learning programs. A demonstrated capacity to develop new and engaging school and family programs will be highly regarded. The right candidate will need to be able to obtain and maintain a Working with Vulnerable People registration.
