Be Chiropractic is seeking a switched-on Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant with a warm and bubbly personality with great positive energy to join our busy Chiropractic practice in Lindfield, Sydney. You must love working with families and children and have an strong interest in natural health care.

Who we are looking for

• A bubbly, outgoing and caring person with a POSITIVE energy and attitude who loves working with people
• A health orientated person who is passionate about natural health care. This is fundamental.
• Ability to handle a busy and fast-paced environment as well as being a fantastic host for our clients so that their experience is extraordinary!
• An excellent communicator with great verbal and written skills
• Great in multitasking but also possesses excellent attention to details
• Ability to follow procedures, as well as being highly adaptable at curve ball situations and being able to think on their feet!
• Self-motivated with a ‘CAN DO attitude
• Resilient and a good sense of humour would be an added bonus
• Excellent computer skills
• Previous administration experience and promotional / marketing skills, including social media, is desirable.

Your role includes:

• Front desk duties: Helping clients with payments and their appointment schedules so they can get the best outcome for their health.Phone and face to face client relations.
• Support the Chiropractors during treatment
• Help inspire people towards optimal health naturally.
• Involvement in health education and marketing for the practice including newsletters, social media content and organising projects
• Stocktake and ordering of products
• Maintaining office presentation and general cleaning duties

NOTE: This position will require multitasking with attention to details at the same time.

Whats On Offer

This position is for the following hours:

Monday 12:45pm to 6:45pm

Tuesday: 8:15am to 12pm and 3pm to 6:45pm

Thursday: 8:15am to 12pm and 3pm to 6:45pm

Friday 8:15am to 12pm

Plus fortnight meetings. Hours = 26-28hours/week. Please allow some flexibility for an occasional later finish. And you may need to cover other shifts from time to time.
