Were on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to lead the charge behind the bar at one of Sydneys favourite German-inspired beer halls. If youre a natural leader with a love for great beer, good times, and creating top-tier guest experiences - we want to hear from you!

What youll be doing:

• Overseeing daily bar operations and ensuring smooth service

• Leading and mentoring a team of bartenders and floor staff

• Managing inventory, stock control and ordering

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience every time

• Supporting the Venue Manager with team training and development

• Keeping the good vibes (and the beers) flowing!

What were looking for:

• Previous bar or hospitality leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of drinks - especially beer and cocktails

• Confident in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• RSA certified and ready to lead by example

• A people-person who thrives on teamwork and customer interaction
