Your Opportunity: The position of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children and Young Peoples Service Integration Coordinator will: Manage the delivery of the Service Integration Program to both government and non-government agencies across the Mental Health Central Clinical Cluster. This will require the successful candidate to outreach to a range of agencies from Rockhampton down to metropolitan Brisbane. The position will be based in Brisbane. Coordinate and support Indigenous stakeholders to provide mentoring and support to young people with severe and complex mental health problems who are returning to their home area for ongoing clinical care. Provide educational presentations and training for Indigenous groups on the nature of the program.
