This will involve: + Gaining the co-operation of the medical, para-medical and nursing staff. + Keeping all patients’ medical record up-to-date. + Filing into the patients’ medical record the results of examinations, such as x-ray reports, Pathology reports. + Co-operating with the Medical Record Department at all times. + Taking completed patients’ medical record to the Medical Record Department following discharge of patient.* Prepare patients’ medical record prior to admission.* Prepare identify bracelet.* Escort patients to their rooms on admission.* Safe keeping of all patient effects.
