Join our Workforce Solutions team.
We’re seeking Casual Production Workers who are safety-focused and ready to roll up their sleeves.

What you’ll do:

• Operating production machines and associated equipment for the manufacture of cardboard packaging
• Assist with job changes and associated tasks
• Perform quality inspection checks and other procedural checks to ensure the best quality is delivered to our customers
• Housekeeping duties and any other ad hoc tasks required as part of a site production team

What you’ll bring:

• Most importantly is your attitude, you’ll be performance driven, be adaptable to changes in the workplace and be keen to learn new skills, processes, and procedures.
• Ideally, you’ll have previous experience within a manufacturing environment and hands‑on experience operating machines.
• Physically fit and comfortable working shifts – either full time days or afternoons from Monday – Friday.
• A reliable attitude and desire to learn as you’ll be progressing through the machine operating roles.
• Strong team focus, life experience and commitment to safety on site.
• Good communication skills, self-confidence, collaboration and team focus.
