About the Role
This is a multifaceted role suited to someone with sound vetting experience and a passion for upholding compliance and developing others. As part of a team, your key responsibilities will include:
Case Review & Quality Assurance
Conduct internal reviews to ensure casework aligns with AGSVA standards and internal policies
Provide feedback and continuous improvement recommendations to enhance vetting report quality and integrity
Case Management
Maintain a small, active caseload of vetting assessments
Ensure timely and accurate completion of reports
Training & Mentoring
Support the onboarding and upskilling of vetting analysts
Provide one-on-one mentoring and ad hoc training to improve capability across the team
What You'll Need
Current NV1 clearance (minimum)
Demonstrated experience conducting AGSVA personnel security assessments, preferably to NV2 level
Sound understanding of PSPF, AGSVA processes
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding the highest ethical and procedural standards
Ability to give constructive feedback and guide others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
