About the role: As a Treatment Plant Coordinator for the Murrumba, Redcliffe, Brendale and Dayboro cell, you will lead daily operations across our sewage and recycled water treatment facilities. You will support and guide plant staff, ensure assets run safely and efficiently, and maintain compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
In this role, you will provide technical expertise, respond to operational issues, and work closely with maintenance and project teams to improve performance and reliability. You'll also contribute to reporting, planning and training while helping drive innovation in treatment plant operations. Participation in after-hours and emergency response rosters is part of the role.
