About the Opportunity

Based in our Perth HQ, the Training Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Micromine’s global learning and development programs. You’ll ensure the smooth administration and delivery of internal and external training initiatives — helping our teams and customers get the most from our world-class mining software.

In this role, you’ll manage the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinate instructor-led training sessions, onboard new users, and maintain accurate training data. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, external trainers, and stakeholders across the business to ensure our training programs are well-organised, engaging, and effective.

Reporting to the Global Training Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating instructor-led and online training sessions, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Managing LMS user access, enrolments, and content updates.
  • Curating and maintaining training materials, including videos, manuals, and e-learning assets.
  • Generating reports and analysing training data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support training delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

You’re organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about learning technologies. You enjoy working in a structured, dynamic environment where attention to detail and communication matter. You take pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly and in improving processes wherever possible.

Key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Experience coordinating training programs or managing an LMS.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Excel, and content creation tools (e.g., Camtasia, Canva).
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Adobe Learning Manager (ALM), Moodle, or Docebo.
  • A tertiary qualification in education, training, business administration, or a related field.
  • Analytical mindset and interest in data-driven learning improvement.
