About the role

LGT is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Team as a Trainee. This traineeship program offers hands‑on experience, structured learning and mentorship opportunities designed to develop your skills and gain practical knowledge.

  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Eagerness to learn about the National Quality Framework which includes National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of the importance of family communications
  • Strong respectful and open communication skills
  • Working with Vulnerable People Registration (Child Related Activity)
