About the role
LGT is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Team as a Trainee. This traineeship program offers hands‑on experience, structured learning and mentorship opportunities designed to develop your skills and gain practical knowledge.

What we are looking for
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Eagerness to learn about the National Quality Framework which includes National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
Strong understanding of the importance of family communications
Strong respectful and open communication skills
Working with Vulnerable People Registration (Child Related Activity)
