Ready to step into a role where you’re not just overseeing projects, but shaping them and the people delivering them? This is an opportunity for a seasoned RPEQ Engineer to lead multidisciplinary work, mentor a growing team and play a key role in how projects are delivered across the business.
About the role\nThis is a senior leadership role with a strong mix of technical oversight, project direction and team development.
\nYou’ll take the lead on civil and multidisciplinary projects, setting the technical direction, supporting project teams and ensuring delivery is on track commercially and operationally. While you’ll still stay close enough to the work to influence design outcomes, your focus will be on guiding teams, managing risk and maintaining quality across multiple projects.
\nYou’ll work closely with leadership while also being the go‑to person for engineers in the team, providing mentoring, reviewing work and helping others grow in capability and confidence.
\nClient engagement is a key part of the role, building relationships with stakeholders, contributing to proposals and providing trusted advice throughout project lifecycles.
