Western Sydney region | Office Location in Parramatta
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in supporting a passionate team delivering care that helps people live independently, with dignity and choice.

What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will lead and support a team of Support Workers and Clinicians to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care in the community.
Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to your team
Coordinate service delivery, including rostering, leave management and shift approvals
Act as a key point of contact and escalation for operational matters
Work collaboratively with workforce planning, clinical and sales teams
Support performance and development through coaching and mentoring
Monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement
Foster a safe, inclusive and values-led team environment
What you’ll bring
Experience leading or supervising large teams
Strong communication and relationship skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and rostering
Confidence navigating change
Passion for supporting vulnerable communities
Knowledge of in-home aged care
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Essential requirements
Certificate IV in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Current Australian Driver’s Licence
Desirable
Clinical qualification (Nursing or Allied Health) and AHPRA registration
