The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal applicant will ideally be experienced in creating engaging lessons whilst utilising explicit instruction and High Impact teaching strategies. They will be proficient in managing classroom dynamics and supporting the academic and personal growth of students. Knowledge around Heggerty, Letters and Sounds, Talk 4 Writing and using Daily Reviews for High Impact teaching would be well suited. We are seeking applicants who ideally develop a positive classroom culture which includes high expectations, inclusion and individualised support. The successful applicant should possess flexibility, and adaptability, as well as the ability to implement differentiated instruction and explicit teaching techniques. They should be able to work collaboratively within a team, displaying effective communication skills.
