About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, source, and hire top talent across a range of roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations

• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking

• Utilise a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Seek, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies

• Conduct initial screening via Zoom/Hireflix and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders

• Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process

• Maintain accurate records and recruitment data 

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

• Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with company values, policies, and applicable legal requirements

About you:

• 3+ years in a Talent Acquisition or recruitment role (in-house or agency)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities

• Experience sourcing passive candidates through various platforms

• Knowledge of recruitment tools and systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK)

• A team player with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset

• Understanding of employment laws and best practices related to recruitment
