Supply Chain Business Analyst (Full-Time) Employer: Auspro Fleet Solutions Pty LtdLocation: Victoria Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week)Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum + superannuation About the Company Auspro Fleet Solutions Pty Ltd is a logistics and transport services provider delivering fleet management, supply chain, and technology-enabled logistics solutions to major clients across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. The organisation relies heavily on Transport & Warehouse Systems, enterprise information systems, and business technology platforms to manage transport operations, warehouse activities, data analytics, and enterprise integrations. About the Role We are seeking a suitably qualified Supply Chain Business Analyst to support our logistics and fleet operations through business analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across Transport & Warehouse Systems and enterprise platforms. This is a full-time ongoing role based in Victoria, working closely with operations, logistics, and technology teams. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Consulting with business stakeholders, logistics managers, operations teams, and technology personnel to gather and document business and system requirements Analysing existing Transport & Warehouse Systems, ERP platforms, and supply chain analytics tools to identify gaps and improvement opportunities Preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional and non-functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and data models Translating business requirements into technical specifications for developers, system architects, and third-party vendors Supporting system design, configuration, integration, and implementation of solutions related to logistics, fleet management, inventory control, and reporting Conducting impact analysis for system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations affecting operational workflows Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test scenarios and validating outputs Analysing operational and supply chain data to support performance reporting and optimisation initiatives Ensuring enterprise systems comply with internal governance policies, data security standards, and relevant regulatory requirements Providing post-implementation support including issue resolution, change requests, and continuous improvement activities Facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and end-user training to ensure effective system adoption Essential Requirements Applicants must demonstrate: Bachelor/Master degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Business Analysis within logistics or supply chain environments Experience working with Transport & Warehouse Systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools Strong documentation skills (BRDs, functional specifications, process mapping) Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Desirable Experience in transport or logistics industry Knowledge of enterprise governance and data security frameworks How to Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
