BB Recruitment is partnering with a respected not-for-profit community health provider to recruit a passionate Speech Pathologist to join their Community Allied Health team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based speech pathology services across clinic, community and fee-for-service programs, supporting individuals and families across the region.
About the RoleIn this full-time position, you will provide assessment, intervention, evaluation and reporting for both individuals and groups, working across a variety of service delivery models, including clinic-based and community outreach.
You’ll collaborate closely with clients, families, carers and a multidisciplinary team to support optimal clinical outcomes and contribute to building healthier regional communities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based speech pathology assessments and interventions
- Evaluate therapy outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly
- Work as an active member of a multidisciplinary team
- Communicate effectively with clients, families and key stakeholders
- Deliver community education, group programs and health promotion
- Maintain accurate electronic client and activity records
- Meet daily KPI requirements and contribute to service reporting
Participate in supervision, performance development and ongoing training
About YouYou are a motivated, client-focused Speech Pathologist who enjoys working in a community health setting and values collaboration and professional growth.
Essential:- Eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Strong evidence-based practice knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation, time management and computer skills
Desirable:- Experience with adult and paediatric community caseloads
- Experience using electronic medical record systems
Requirements- Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
