• Deliver engaging, family-centred therapy to children, teens and young adults
• Support clients with speech, language, literacy, and social communication needs
• Work flexibly across the clinic, homes, schools, and daycares
• Write clear, meaningful reports and collaborate with other professionals
• Make a direct, positive impact on a child’s communication skills so they can reach their full potential
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and professionals to support each child’s unique goals

You’ll be supported through:

• Weekly clinical supervision + peer support

YOU’RE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU:

• Are a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP)
• Hold a current WWCC, a driver’s licence, and own transport
• Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Pathology (essential)
• Love working with children and families in dynamic settings
• Have strong communication skills, curiosity, and a growth mindset
• Are flexible, compassionate, and keen to make a difference

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Autism, AAC, or developmental delays
• Interest in early intervention and play-based therapy
