About the Opportunity

As a Spa Therapist at RACV, you will be part of a team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our members and guests. This isn’t just about treatments, it’s about delivering moments of relaxation and rejuvenation that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of professional spa treatments including massage, waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures, tanning, and make-up.
• Maintain treatment rooms, spa equipment, and member amenities to high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Assist with reception duties including bookings, enquiries, and end-of-day procedures.
• Contribute to team morale and foster a collaborative work environment.

Due to the 7‑day/week nature of the operation, flexibility is required to assist with occasional unscheduled or on‑call duties and will require a presence on weekends.

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate II in Beauty Services or equivalent
• Previous experience in a spa environment, ideally within a hotel or independent operator.
• Prior day spa or beauty industry experience, delivering quality spa treatments specialising in facials, skin & body treatments, massage, manicures and pedicures, essential.
