About the role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at TOTAL WINDOW CONCEPTS in our Yatala, QLD location. This is a full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a key department within our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Manage, motivate and develop a team of production and admin staff
Ensure quoted lead times are achieved on all products
Develop and implement strategies to drive production to maximise productivity
Monitor department KPIs and take corrective action as needed
Plan and manage and control inventory to suitable levels in line with production schedules
Collaborate with other department managers to support the overall success of the business
Maintain a safe, organised and well-presented department
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar leadership role
Strong people management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in analysing data and using it to drive business improvements
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tertiary qualification in business, manufacturing or a related field is preferred
