Role Overview:

As Manager/Superintendent, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and manage our Perth Metro, Goldfields and Mid-West Service Teams, identifying and scoping client work, and ensuring its safe delivery and compliance. You will directly oversee our team of Regional Supervisors and Fixed and Mobile Fire Technicians. The position is critical to strengthening service delivery, compliance and ensuring consistent support for our field service and maintenance teams across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all inspection, testing & minor works across all regions (Perth Metro, Goldfields, Mid West)
• Review daily issues and needs of Field Supervisors through daily pre-starts
• Address foreseeable issues for the week ahead in weekly planning meetings
• Manage a KPI suite for your team of Supervisors
• Conduct regular site visits for mentoring and coaching
• Provide feedback and continuous upskilling, including Lean Management Training
• Attend monthly operational meetings and handle escalated client issues
• Quote and estimate job orders (minor).
• Perform administrative tasks, including incident reports

• Proven experience supervising a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Solid safety background and ability to drive safety culture
• Valid West Australian Driver's Licence
• Practical experience and/or trade qualification in Mechanical and/or Electrical fire systems
• Knowledge of Australian Standards (AS 1851 / AS5062 / AS 2118 / AS 2419)

• FIFO and on-site mine experience
• Certificate II in Asset Maintenance (Fire Protection Systems) or equivalent
