The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the successful launch of high-impact projects that meet critical milestones in scope, schedule, financials, and quality. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovation-focused initiatives that advance sustainability and reliability, while collaborating with dynamic, cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Project Execution: Lead the planning and delivery of complex, enterprise-level projects that align with strategic objectives and innovation goals, including new-to-market and industry-first initiatives.

  • Project Delivery & Governance: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards, supported by robust documentation, risk management, and performance tracking.

  • Portfolio & Stakeholder Management: Drive effective portfolio management through prioritization and resource allocation, manage vendor and consultant relationships, and provide clear reporting to executive stakeholders.

  • PMO Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Mentor project managers, foster a collaborative and high-performing PMO environment, and embed continuous improvement and industry best practices into project methodologies.

  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture. Ensure all project activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards, with proactive risk identification and mitigation.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with at least 8 years of relevant project management experience.

  • Proven expertise in leading new product development (NPD) projects within engineering and research-driven environments.

  • Demonstrated leadership in delivering innovative solutions and bringing new technologies or products to market.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and present to executive audiences.
