The RoleReporting to Group Financial Reporting Manager, the role will support the development and execution of the organisations strategy through providing sound financial reporting and project management of a large integration project. My client has recently purchased a large competitor and this role will help deliver the integration of both organisations. You will work with the exec and external advisors to deliver improved systems, execute the integration roadmap and help deliver change to current financial reporting to ensure the organization is able to scale further via future acquisitions. 

You will be required to business partnering with the CFO, GM Finance, GM Strategy and a number of other senior decision makers and provide critical insights and influence decision making. Specifically, your role will include:

• Work on a major project to simplify the groups accounting structure 
• Work on re engineering end to end accounting process (post recent acquisition) 
• Work with FP&A team on design of FP&A process and exec reporting 
• Help deliver already designed system roadmap, assist in delivering system integration and optimization to improve configuration and functionality
• Work with external advisory firms to simplify the organsiations structure and work with audit, tax and legal divisions to deliver this. 
• Ad hoc analysis, project planning and execution
