We are a supportive and inclusive educational organization dedicated to providing high-quality tutoring and learning support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Our goal is to ensure that every student, regardless of their challenges, has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential. We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN Tutor to join and support SEN students in a variety of settings across Croydon. Each student needs 10-15 hours per week, and here are multiple students needing a tutor.
Role OverviewAs an SEN Tutor, you will work closely with students with SEN, offering tailored, one-to-one or small group support. You will create and implement tailored learning plans, using a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet the needs of students. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of pupils and helping them achieve their academic and personal goals. The students may have a Wide range of SEN, such as Autism (ASD), ADHD, Dyscalculia, Dyslexia, SEMH needs, such as Emotional based school avoider, mental health needs. The main focuses are core subjects, being functional maths and English skills up to level 2 and ESOL up to level 2,and relationship building.
