About the role

Join a high‑performing transformation team as a Senior Business Analyst focused on SAP Payroll (ECC). Working closely with project leads, SMEs, and vendors, you will drive requirements, documentation, and delivery across a major program impacting the full workforce.

***This role can be based in either Sydney OR Melbourne.***

Duties/Key responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis activities across SAP Payroll (ECC) workstreams
  • Gather, document, and validate detailed business and functional requirements
  • Engage with key stakeholders across HR, payroll, and technology teams
  • Support solution design, testing, and implementation phases
  • Ensure high‑quality documentation and clear communication throughout the project
Skills and experience
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large transformation programs
  • Strong SAP Payroll (ECC) experience
  • Workforce Management experience highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast‑paced, complex environments
