Sales Manager — Platinum Solar Group | Sydney, NSW | OTE $250,000 | Base + Uncapped Commission
Platinum Solar Group is a premium solar installation and retail brand with a long-standing national reputation and right now, they're building for serious growth.
We're Impressd Consulting, PSG's external sales consulting partner, and we're looking for a Sales Manager to come in, take ownership of an existing team, and scale it into something elite.
This isn't a "manage the status quo" role. This is a builder's role.
What you'll own:Solar experience is NOT required. We want sales leaders. We will train you on the ins and outs of solar so you won't be going in blind. High-ticket, consultative, or performance-driven backgrounds are ideal — home improvement, telco, finance, real estate, SaaS, or similar.
The Package:OTE $250,000 — competitive base + performance commission Commission is uncapped. Your earnings scale with your team's output.
