Here at Priority Hire we are seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our Recruitment Team. Due to recent business growth we have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual to coordinate our daily rostering for our main client staff. Our Main client has been within the NDIS sector since 2019 and services across 4 states.
With a strong commitment to confidentiality and privacy, you will maintain high work standards and an understanding of compliance and professionalism. You will have experience in rostering/scheduling role within a healthcare or similar setting (highly desirable) Location will mainly be based in the Oran Park office but will have the flexibility to work from home. Petrol costs and toll covered.
Key Responsibilities
Manage rostering and scheduling for support staff in line with client and NDIS requirements
Monitor and adjust rosters in response to unplanned absences, emergencies or changes in client requirements
Working closely with Service Managers to optimise workforce planning and cost effectiveness
Evaluate and implement alternative solutions to make informed decisions
Respect confidentiality and privacy of information
