About Veolia The Opportunity\nVeolia is seeking an experienced Planning & Reliability Engineer to lead asset management and maintenance planning at our Springvale Water Treatment Facility in Lithgow. This is your chance to make a real impact—driving compliance, optimising asset performance, and championing continuous improvement across a critical water infrastructure operation.
What's on offer\nYour responsibilities will include:
\nLead compliance and strategy – Develop and implement asset management plans that ensure operational availability and asset integrity
\nOptimise maintenance delivery – Create and manage work orders for routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance across all assets
\nDrive reliability – Establish condition monitoring programs, conduct root cause analysis for incidents, and implement corrective actions
\nPlan for the future – Develop capital replacement programs and long-term preventive maintenance strategies
\nManage resources – Oversee inventory, spare parts assessment, and CMMS system updates
\nDeliver results – Prepare budgets, reports, and KPIs; lead Reliability Centred Maintenance workshops
\nChampion improvement – Support problem-solving initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement across operations and maintenance teams
