What you’ll be doing:

• Provide operational support and improve service quality through QA, training & one‑on‑one coaching.
• Manage team reporting requirements, perform data analysis, and support strategic decision‑making.
• Lead a team of professionals to achieve a high performance and positive team culture.
• Be front‑facing supporting clients who require escalated technical support.

About you:

• Advanced Diploma or higher (essential).
• High Risk Experience (highly regarded).
• 4+ years in a leadership function (essential).
• Strategic thinker with the capacity to analyse and report on performance, trends and metrics.
• Excellent communicator, capable of managing challenging situations with diplomacy and clarity.
• Ability to adapt and learn new technology and online systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s licence & ability to travel 1 week per month as required to support your staff interstate.
