This is a unique opportunity to elevate your career as the Performance/ Sales Manager for this exceptional brand and award winning team, reporting to the Director we are seeking an experienced real estate professional looking to step away from personal sales and focus on mentoring, training, you will be supporting a high-energy and high-performing sales team to achieve their goals.
You will be an experienced real estate professional, with the core focus on mentoring both emerging agents and top performers to drive sales results across multiple offices, while supporting auctions (including Saturdays) and leveraging all of the business's tools, tech and training.
Key aspects of the role include, but are not limited to:
Performance Management & Reporting
Track and analyse key sales metrics, providing actionable insights to management.
Ensure agents are meeting KPIs, and implement performance improvement plans where needed.
Training & Skill Development
Deliver in-office training sessions on sales techniques, compliance, and best practices.
Collaborate with senior agents to share successful strategies and encourage a culture of learning.
Auction & Sales Support
Attend and support at auctions to ensure smooth operations and assist agents with client engagement.
Provide on-the-ground leadership during open homes and campaign milestones.
Saturday work is required as part of this role to support agents and campaigns.
Leadership & Culture
Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous growth within the sales team.
Work closely with the directors to align team performance with business objectives.
Mentor and manage emerging agents, helping them build confidence, develop strong prospecting habits, and grow into consistent performers.
Provide mentoring, guidance, and support to our top-performing salespeople, helping them refine strategies and stay at peak performance.
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions focused on prospecting, listing presentations, negotiation skills, and closing deals.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance
Represent the business with professionalism and pride
About you:

Local knowledge of the North Shore is essential
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in a leadership or senior role would be highly desired
Well presented, honest and approachable
Excellent time management skills
