Your new role

Due to unprecedented growth, we are in search of a driven, highly organised Quality Control Technician to join our respected and high performing Service team.

With no two days the same, you will confidently inspect and test all vehicles post‑service and repair. Your extensive technical knowledge and passion for customer service will be integral to your success as you work with a team dedicated to customer satisfaction and quality vehicle maintenance.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Excellent knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.
• Ability to ensure productivity and customer satisfaction targets are met.
• Excellent time‑management skills.
• Well presented with good communication.
• Reliable, conscientious, adaptable and customer‑focused.
• OHS focused and compliant with a keen eye for quality final finish.
• Full, clean Victorian driver’s licence.
• Previous experience in a road‑tester/quality controller role within a dealership environment is highly regarded.
