Are you detail‑driven, big on compliance, and passionate about maintaining high quality standards?

Sunnyfield is looking for a Quality Control Associate to support our TG packaging operations and help ensure we meet all relevant legislation, standards and cGMP requirements. In this role, you’ll report directly to the TG Quality Manager.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys problem‑solving, and loves working closely with operations teams to keep processes running smoothly and safely.

What you’ll be doing
  • Reviewing batch records, reconciliation counts and supporting product release
  • Carrying out daily inspections of clean rooms to ensure compliance
  • Sampling and inspecting raw materials and preparing reports for QA approval
  • Checking raw material and Job Card details ahead of production
  • Monitoring quality systems including temperature logs, cleaning logs and calibrations
  • Conducting temperature mapping, cleaning validation and environmental monitoring
  • Investigating and closing out deviations and corrective actions
  • Training staff on documentation, environmental control, gowning and cleaning requirements
  • Identifying non‑compliances and supporting continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of TGA, HACCP and cGMP legislation, regulations and procedures
  • Experience developing documents and supporting compliance processes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and guide others
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to build positive working relationships across teams
  • Knowledge of quality assurance/control principles
