Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading aged care provider to recruit a Support at Home Manager based in regional coastal Queensland on a permanent full-time basis. Job Details:
Permanent full-time position based in regional coastal Queensland
Starting salary of $100,000 - $120,000 + Super + Salary Packaging
Leadership role within a community-focused, not-for-profit aged care service
Opportunity to lead transition to the new Support at Home program
Autonomy to shape and grow home-based care services

The Role: This is a dynamic leadership position requiring a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution. You will be responsible for:
Leading the transition from Home Care Packages to Support at Home
Overseeing service delivery, compliance, and client outcomes
Driving service growth through referrals and community engagement
Managing team performance and workforce capability
Ensuring financial sustainability and operational efficiency
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Home Care or community aged care
Experience supporting or leading transition to Support at Home (highly desirable)
Strong leadership and team management capability
Experience in business development and service growth
Ability to work independently in a regional setting
Strong understanding of aged care legislation, compliance, and funding models
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
To be eligible for this position you must:
Have relevant experience in aged care leadership
Demonstrate the ability to lead both strategically and operationally
Be confident working autonomously while driving service outcomes
Have full working rights in Australia
