About the Opportunity

As we continue to grow, were seeking a capable and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact projects within our Corporate Team as well as across our diverse portfolio of businesses.

In this pivotal role, youll bring people together to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of several initiatives — ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, budgets, and change readiness.

Youll lead diverse, high-impact projects including finance system upgrades, payroll and HRIS implementations, and other key functional initiatives.

Youll oversee the full project lifecycle, including:

• Project planning and initiation.
• Project governance.
• Stakeholder engagement.
• Budget and risk management.
• Change management.
• Reporting.
• Project execution and closure.

Reporting to the General Manager of Transformation, you will also have a unique opportunity to help shape and grow our newly established Project Management Office, making a real impact from day one.

The position will be based at our brand-new Head Office in Norwest (Sydney).

About You

Youll thrive in this role if you bring:

• 5+ years experience delivering projects with a corporate focus.
• Experience with system upgrades and migrations, including payroll.
• Qualifications in Project Management (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and Change Management are preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Very strong capabilities in stakeholder engagement and change enablement.
