Key Areas of Responsibility will include:
Providing leadership to the project teams on both the customer and vendor side.
Assist with resource and project schedules as part of the presales process.
Prepare and execute highly technical project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and project deliverables.
Assist with contract development, develop the PID/PMP and define work packages as part of the project initiation
Lead key teams to deliver quality projects on time and in scope.
Monitor and control each phase and steps of project implementation (according to the approved project plan), to ensure project objectives are met.
Own the results of the project management process areas as outlined in the PMBOK i.e. Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control and Closure Processes. Plan and manage end-to-end delivery and implementation of product
Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated leadership and people skills
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Be customer focused, and take full accountability and ownership for delivery of outcomes
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Be able to take ownership of tasks and develop confidence with clients and colleagues
A minimum involvement of 2 full ERP life cycle projects is preferred.
Experience managing Salesforce, FinancialForce or Unit4 Business World projects would be beneficial.
Sound understanding of Project Management methodologies, PRINCE2 / PMP training preferred.
Travel:
Agilyx project managers and consultants collaborate with our customers and therefore the role may require work to be delivered on site with customers across Australia. Travel to New Zealand, Pacific Islands or North America may also be required.
