We have 2 x 12-month fixed term, full-time positions commencing Term 1, 2026 with possible extension and/or permanency

The RoleAs a leader you will work closely with the Executive team to build a positive and inclusive school culture aligned to school priorities, including student and staff wellbeing, pastoral care, attendance, student leadership and positive behaviour initiatives. An understanding of the Department of Education policies and procedures related to student wellbeing and safety will also be highly regarded in the context of the role. The successful applicants will ideally be an effective communicator who is able to handle difficult conversations in a compassionate and empathetic way and build positive, professional working relationships with students, staff, parents and external stakeholders.
