About the Opportunity:
This is a fantastic entry‑level opportunity within a structured training program designed to support women into long‑term careers as Operator Drivers. The successful candidate will commence as a contingent worker with Cat5 for an initial 3‑month period before transitioning into the Women on Wheels program.
The Women on Wheels program is a 12‑month training pathway. Participants will gain hands‑on experience, supported training, and assistance in obtaining their HR licence, with the goal of securing long‑term employment as an Operator Driver.
Eligibility: This is an identified position for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander woman.

Key Requirements:

  • Current driver’s licence (minimum 2 years, no L plates)
  • Must be Karratha‑based with own accommodation (residential role, no FIFO or housing provided)
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment medicals, including Fit2Drive assessment
  • Willingness to receive required vaccinations
  • Ability to pass and maintain Drug & Alcohol screening
  • Ability to complete a National Police Clearance
