About the RoleReporting to the CEO, the People & Culture Manager plays a pivotal role in driving workforce culture, engagement, and capability.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and L&D
Leading and mentoring the People & Culture team
Building positive, professional stakeholder relationships
Driving retention and workforce wellbeing strategies
Overseeing WHS and workplace injury management
Aligning operational goals with Torbay's vision and values
We're looking for an experienced HR leader with:
Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or a related discipline
3 - 5+ years' generalist HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and performance management
Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor teams
Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder skills
High integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
Experience with the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission will be a bonus.
