Parts Interpreter - Phone Sales (Automotive)

The Jefferson Automotive Group is one of Melbournes largest privately owned dealership groups.

We have one of the largest automotive Parts and Paint distribution networks in Victoria, and have dealerships selling and servicing Toyota, Ford, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Subaru and Skoda vehicles across the Melbourne metropolitan area. 

As part of our ongoing operations, we have an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in customer service and phone sales, to operate from either our Sunshine or Mitcham Phone Room depending on your location. Prior parts interpreting experience will be an advantage.

Due to our wholesale make-up your dealings will be largely with trade customers in a high paced, high performing call Centre environment. We provide on-site training for the technology used to maximize customer service and sales efficiency.

Tasks will include:

• Telephone and email sales to a large trade panel and mechanical base
• Identify, quote, order and provide parts to service departments
• Identify automotive parts / components including consulting catalogues or computer databases

Parts interpreting experience in one of our franchises is advantageous as is knowledge of the Pentana Dealer Management System. We are seeking self-motivated, team players with a passion for customer service.
