THE ROLE

Our client is a well-established industry body representing a wide network of businesses in the caravan and camping sector. They are seeking a dynamic Operations Coordinator and Personal Assistant to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the ongoing growth and success of the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Oversee office coordination and day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Manage office logistics, including supplies, maintenance, and ensuring a well-organised, functional workspace.
  • Act as a key liaison for operational matters, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless office functions.
  • Partner with team leaders, executive managers, and department heads to understand departmental goals and contribute to staff training and development initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum of 3-4 years in an administrative role, preferably with experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, or in a similar capacity supporting teams and executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with bookkeeping or office management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic office environment.
