We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors for our Caulfield and CBD locations. This is a pivotal front‑of‑house role where your presence, judgement and attention to detail will shape every client interaction. You will create a calm, organised and highly professional environment, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors. The role
As part of our Shared Services team, you will manage the front‑of‑house experience and support the smooth day‑to‑day operations of reception.
You Will
Deliver a professional and welcoming front‑of‑house experience for clients and visitors
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard
Provide hospitality support for meetings, including refreshments and room set‑up
Maintain the presentation of reception, meeting rooms and shared spaces
Act as a central coordination point for internal teams and stakeholders
Manage digital and physical mail, including post office collections (2–3 times per week)
What you bring
Experience in a reception, front‑of‑house or client‑facing role (ideally within a corporate or professional services environment)
A polished, confident and professional communication style
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining professional standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management
A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs
